For many people with ADHD or executive functioning challenges, the world can send a message that we’re “lazy” or “don’t care.” That couldn’t be further from the truth. You care deeply — and the problem isn’t effort or motivation, it’s because of differences in the way our brains function.
I work with students (14+) and adults who might feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with all areas of life. Whether your seeking help for you or your child time manage, get started, and to between the demands of school, work, family, and social life can be difficult when our executive functions are impacted.
