We’ll mash the lazy myth together!

It might look like WE DON’T CARE or we’re LAZY to others. We might even think it ourselves.

But…we actually care a lot! Sometimes our executive functioning challenges create barriers to knowing how to start, staying focused or interested to finish, remembering what we need to do, etc.

If this sounds familiar, coaching might be the next step.

Our Mission

At Coach Potato ADHD, I want to help students who feel stuck and keep hitting barriers in school and in school balances create their own unique strategies that work for their brains and learning styles. Together, we can fill their toolbox of resources while learning more about themselves and their brain. to be able to add and modify the contents on their own as they establish new goals and face different challenges.s I want to help you uncover where you’re getting stuck so you can take meaningful action to keep moving forward!

Do you or your child struggle with any of these common challenges?
